Spicy Peanut Noodles:

My favorite recipe is one I created, so the measurements are approximate.

1 package Vietnamese Rice Noodles
3 tbs. chunky peanut butter
1/4 c. tabasco sauce (very spicy)
2 tbs. brown sugar
3 tbs. soy sauce
4 tbs. water

Prepare the noodles as directed on the package.  Add the rest of the ingredients and stir until well mixed. Yum!
