Dish I am best known for: Asian chicken thighs, my family can not get
enough of these.
Country I would like to eat my way through: China, no doubt.
What I know now: My greatest eye opener was that garlic will taste
different based on how you slice it, dice it, mince it or crush it.
The Jr. Chef Program: it opened my eyes to seeing how a real restaurant runs
and how much time and love goes into the work.
