Sour Cream Lemon Pound Cake .I would definitely make this cake again, but would make more of the glaze.

Braised Fish Steaks w/Olives & Lemons, With Couscous I learned that fish cooks quickly. Pretty easy to make. I liked the taste of lemon in the dish.

Winter Salad w/Walnut Mustard Dressing, Braised Shrimp & Cream Endive The braised shrimp was really good. Next time I would let it boil down more. I didn't care for the winter salad, but my dad liked the dressing.

Pineapple, Kiwi & Orange in Mint Syrup   I didn't care for this  dish since I really don't like pineapple, but my family loved it.
December 09' Technique: Braising
January Technique: Sauces
Vegetarian Sausage Good! Pretty easy to make. I learned to fry them on a lower heat.
February  Technique: Grains
Braised Chicken w/Green Peppers, Tomatoes & Egg Noodles.  Chicken pieces were big. Next time I would use smaller pieces.
Sweet Potatoes Apples & Braised Greens Time consuming because of all the sweet potatoes and apples that I had to cut.
Spicy Oven Fried Chicken and The chicken was super delicious. Next time I would use less spice.

Carrot Sandwich Cookies
Mmmm...very good cookies. Will definitely make this again. I would add more of the cream cheese filling to each cookie.
Chocolate Cookies This was just ok. The texture was a little thick. Next time I wouldn't bake it as long.

Greek Burgers w/ Arugula, Tomatoes & Feta Tabbouleh Coconut Brown Rice Pudding The burger was delicious. I used ground turkey instead of lamb for this dish. The dressing added really good flavor. The tabbouleh was just okay. I would leave out or use less of the cucumbers.

Salmon w/ Horseradish Green Goddess Sauce, Roasted Asparagus w/Hollandaise: This dish was very good. In fact I've made it twice already. The second time I used salmon filets instead of the steaks. The asparagus was good. I will try to roast other vegetables this way.
Mixed Grain and Wild Rice Cereal Was really good. Creamy, filling and tasty. I learned that I actually like grains.
Brownies w/White Chocolate Chunks, Ice Cream & Creme Anglaise:I liked the brownies. The sauce added extra flavor to the brownies.
Braised Chicken w/mushrooms Shallots & Balsamic Vinegar with Mashed Potatoes/w Parsnips and Carrots: I didn't care for the chicken. Balsamic vinegar is not one of my favorite ingredients. I really liked the mashed potatoes. The parsnips and carrots added flavor to the dish.
Braised Chicken w/mushrooms Shallots & Balsamic Vinegar with Mashed Potatoes/w Parsnips and Carrots This dish was too rich. I would use less butter and maybe lowfat milk instead of whole milk.
