Crepes Stuffed with Fresh Fruit, Maple Syrup, and Crème Anglaise: The oven fired potatoes were very good, being crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It was a very easy recipe and took little time. Also it went very well with the Crepes. This recipe was tasted good and went very well with the custard. Although it was a very small serving, and also was really easy to put a hole in the middle when eating it. The vanilla bean gave it great flavor, but it took a lot of time to make.

Eggs Benedict w/Canadian Bacon & Spinach Oven Fried Potatoes The Eggs Benedict was a great recipe although it was quite time consuming. The eggs were very good poached and I liked the Hollandaise sauce over the ham, eggs, spinach and English muffins.
“The thing I like most about cooking is pan frying, but the part I like the least is waiting for dishes to bake.”
“I expect to learn from Jr. Chef how to organize, chop, time and sauté better.”

Tabbouleh
This Dish is a simple but tasty recipe that you can use your imagination with. The dish was healthy and you could add whatever else you wanted with it such as peppers or fresh vegetables. It was very quick and easy to make except that you had to soak the wheat bulger for an hour. This recipe involved no baking or frying so it didn't take very long to cook
Vegetarian Sausage
Greek Burger w/ Arugula Tomatoes and Feta
This amazing dish had excellent flavor and and great texture. The lamb was easy to make and the only other thing you had to do was cut the vegetables and open the pitas. Also the dressing that went on the pita was excellent. The only thing I didn't like though, was that overall it took a long time to make even though you didn't have to do to many complicated steps.
