Sour Cream Lemon Pound Cake
This was the best pound cake I've ever had.  When I was baking you could just smell the lemon goodness all around the house.  I brought some for my friends to try and they really liked it.  It was a little burnt but you couldn't really tell.  It was still really good.
Spicy Oven Fried Chicken
This chicken was the best chicken I've ever had in my life.  I marinated it over night and I think it made a difference.  It was very tender and juicy.  The skin got really crispy.  I wish I could eat some right now!
Pineapple, Kiwi and Orange in Mint Syrup
This was one of my favorite dishes.  The truth is I don't really even like mint but that mint syrup was so good and I couldn't get enough of it.  The day I made it my friend came over and she really like it to.
Braised Chicken with Green Peppers and Tomatoes
I liked the dish, but my sauce wouldn't thicken up so I just served it kind of soupy.  The chicken turned out really good with a nice golden brown color.  At the very end I forgot to make the egg noodles so when I took the picture if you look you will see a few raw egg noodles to make it seam like I did.  We waited five minutes to make the egg noodles and once we put it all together it turned out to be a pretty good dish.

Braised Fish Steaks with Olives and Lemons
This was probably the prettiest dish I have made. The way I layered the fish on top of the round couscous looked really pretty. The red bell peppers gave it a nice color as with the lemons. The olives gave it a slightly tart and briny flavor because they were Kalamata olives. Personally I really didn’t like the flavor of the lemons, they were too bitter. It was my dad’s, the fish head of the family, favorite dish I’ve made so far.

Carrot Sandwich cookies
Ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooommmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmgggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggg!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Is what I first thought when I tried these cookies. These were the best cookies I’ve had in my life. First the cookies. Heaven is the best word to describe these cookies. You don’t even need the frosting. It just adds a little somethin’. Or a lot o’ somethin’! The cream cheese frosting was so good, don’t tell, but I licked the bowl. The cookies were served warm with cream cheese in the middle, with a little extra on mine. I will definitely make these cookies again.
Baked Rigatoni
This was the richest dish I’ve made so far, but also one of the best. When I made the béchamel sauce I had to keep adding milk because it kept thickening up over and over and over again, but in the end it turned out fine. The proscuitto added a really nice saltiness and a good flavor. I could only have a little because it was so rich.

Eggs Benedict with Canadian Bacon and Spinach
I hate to say bad things about the recipes but I really didn’t like this dish. The hollandaise turned out really bad and that was the only bad part. Since the hollandaise was poured on every thing it all tasted bad.

Oven Fried Potatoes
These were the best potatoes I’ve ever had in my life. My mom thought the same thing too. The paprika gave it a nice smoky, spicy flavor. The skin got really crispy and brown. My mom snooped one right before dinner and had another. She loved them even more than me. I served it with the Eggs Benedict and it made up for how bad they were.

Salad w/ walnut and mustard dressing
This dressing was so good! I literally had it two days in a row. Instead of 1 Tablespoon of lemon juice I used ½ table spoon of lemon juice and ½ of lemon zest. I think that gave it a little kick.

Sweet potatoes apples and braised greens
I hate to say it but this was not my favorite dish. I like all of the things just not together. Plus the sweet potato was under cooked.
Braised shrimp w/ creamy endives
This dish was pretty good. I had to use a different kind of endives but it still turned out the same.  I liked the warm creaminess of the sauce. Overall it was a pretty good dish.
Caramelized pineapple and ginger
This dish was well, only ok.
The pineapple was good but there was too strong of a ginger flavor. I actually only sadded ½ of the ginger needed and it was still to strong. Oh well.
Chocolate cookies
I have nothing to say about these cookies. There are no words to describe these warm soft, chewy, crunchy, cookies, well except for those words.
