These chocolate-chocolate chip cookies are the bomb.  I love the taste of chocolate and this dish truly satisfied me.  I liked the coconut it made it chewy and added structure to the cookies.  If you don’t have self-rising flour it is ok.  All you need is baking powder and the ratio is 1 cup of flour to 1-½ teaspoons of baking powder.  I really loved this recipe and I plan on making it again during Christmas.
The mint syrup is the mane component in this dish.  With out the syrup this dish would be the same old fruit salad.  The pineapple and the kiwi in this dish just made the dish even better.  I thought this dish was an easy recipe to make.  I also think this dish is better cold.  I added mint leaves to the bowl to add to the presentation.  I never real liked oranges but that mint syrup made it so good. All together I loved to the dish with that lovely mint syrup.
I love this dish. The prep time was easy to just need to marinate it.  The bred crumbs on the chicken were just great.  I love the all that flavors. If I had to change some thing it would be the time it marinates.  Instead of a day I would do two days of marinate.  The chicken is so good you could eat by it self.  This dish is the bomb.
The stew was great. I thought the vegetables were spicy when all 9 spices were added. The vegetables really got my nose going. The quinoa and stew went together like twins. The texture and mild flavor of the quinoa and carrots complimented the other dish. The cooked quinoa had small white rings around it’s’ grains. The plate was visually interesting in how it came out. I truly like this dish and plan on making it again.
