Culinary Goals:  To one day have my own restaurant.
Favorite Cuisine: Italian and Chinese

Favorite Restaurant: Palermo's


Favorite Chef: Giada De Laurentiis

Skills Mastered: Knife skills is the biggest one.

Culinary accomplishment I'm most proud of: Going to Bermuda and cooking there.








The Jr. Chef Program benefited me most by: Teaching me how to properly cook and giving me a chance to have all the wonderful cooking experiences I've had.


Words of advice to aspiring Jr.Chefs: If you can't get something at first, don't give up and keep trying!  You'll eventually achieve what you want.
