Once students have completed the Jr. Chef Program, they can:
* Participate in any Guest Chef class offered on Saturday mornings from 10-1p.m. These sessions are offered on a first come basis year-round and normally sell-out.
* Join us on culinary field trips. This year we'll be traveling to Copa in Napa, as well as taking a trip back to SF to visit the California Culinary Academy.
* Apply to take part in the Advance Jr. Chef Camp, a week-long program offered 2x during the summer. To be selected to participate, students must demonstrate mastery of the skills learned in the basic program.

Our programs are offered throughout the school year, and during most weeks of the summer. While our home base is a beautifully appointed commercial kitchen in the Antioch Progressive Life Center in Sacramento, California, our program and classes can be tailored to meet the needs of diverse groups and organizations at other locations, whether in the United States or abroad!
